Amazon Product Studio is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used. Amazon Product Studio is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). Product photos you upload, backdrop and style choices, and the advertising images generated for you. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To generate your product ad images, save them to your gallery, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Uploaded photos are processed by our AI provider (MuAPI) solely to produce the images you request.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI image processing), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your creations are kept in your gallery while your account is active. You may delete creations in the product, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Last updated: October 23, 2026.
