These terms govern your use of Amazon Product Studio, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. This is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc.

The service

The service generates photorealistic advertising images that place your product photo onto premium backdrops for use in your own listings and marketing. You are responsible for complying with the image and advertising rules of any marketplace or channel where you publish the results.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos you upload and of the images generated from them, subject to these terms. Only upload product photos you own or have the right to use commercially. Do not generate images that infringe trademarks or misrepresent a product.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
